Customer agrees to hold Time2Celebrate, LLC harmless in the unlikely event of any litigation
or court order arising out of the customer's failure to obtain copyrights relating to the photo
submitted. Customer certifies, authorizes and warrants that customer owns the copyright or
has been authorized by the owner of the copyright or customer owns the rights to the content,
photo or digital images uploaded or mailed to Time2Celebrate, LLC. Customer hereby certifies, authorizes
and warrants that customer has the full authority to grant Time2Celebrate, LLC the permission to
reproduce, re-create, re-design, modify and/or produce any of the content, photo or
digital images customer uploads or sends to Time2Celebrate, LLC. We do not knowingly reproduce
or assume any responsibility or liability for any photograph or digital image that is copyright protected.
Customer hereby certifies, authorizes and warrants that customer is solely responsible for any
consideration owed for any Release regarding the content, photo or digital images mailed or uploaded to
the Time2Celebrate Website. Customer hereby indemnifies and
holds Time2Celebrate, LLC, subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective officers, managers,
directors, members and employees free and harmless against and from all claims, damages, losses,
liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees) relating to
and as a result of any claims brought by any other person or entity claiming interest, infringement
or other legal argument with respect to the reproduction, recreation, redesign, modification, but
not limited to the manufacture of the content, photograph or digital image that customer has or
contracted to be delivered via any carrier not limited to the Internet.
Photos taken with a digital camera must first be transferred to your local disk drive
on your computer. Send Digital Images via internet or email. You may also send
digital image files on a disk via U.S. Mail.
